Matt Pistor brings more than 10 years of commercial real estate experience to Diamond Realty Investments. As Vice President of Residential Investments, Matt sources development equity opportunities for Class A multifamily, student housing, and senior housing nationwide. He leads investment selection, maintains underwriting standards, and provides guidance and expertise to project managers and associates.

Prior to joining Diamond Realty, Matt spent 5 years in dispositions in the REO and non-performing loan space. He also worked in special servicing for CMBS loan portfolios with C-III Capital Partners. Prior to C-III, Matt worked at CBRE handling asset management, marketing, and sales functions for a portfolio of nationwide REO assets on behalf of the FDIC.

Matt received a B.B.A. in Real Estate from Baylor University with a concentration in Sports Sales. Matt is a licensed Texas real estate broker.
