Tada Matsutani serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Diamond Realty Investments, Inc., where he plays a pivotal role in driving the firm’s nationwide investment strategy. With over 27 years of distinguished experience in real estate and finance, both internationally and domestically, Tada leverages his extensive network and expertise to spearhead the development of institutional-grade multifamily, student housing, senior housing, medical office, industrial, data center opportunities across the United States.

Before assuming his current role, Tada held key positions within Mitsubishi Corporation in Tokyo, Diamond Realty’s 100% shareholder. His career highlights include leadership roles in Head of Real Estate Asset Management Team, Real Estate Asset Management Department where he took the initiative in starting mezzanine fund and data center business with Digital Realty, as well as significant contributions as Assistant General Manager overseeing the Risk Management Department/Secretariat to Investment Advisory Committee, Head of Strategic Planning Office, Asset Finance Division, and General Manager, Merchant Banking Dept. He also served as Director, Senior Executive Officer & COO Mitsubishi Corp.-UBS Realty Inc., (MCUBSR). Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President within Mitsubishi Corporation (Americas)’ Urban Development Group & S.L.C. Group in New York.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law at Keio University in Tokyo, Tada also earned a M.B.A. in Finance, ICS at Hitotsubashi University in Tokyo, and has completed the prestigious PLD program in Executive Education from Harvard Business School.
