Hiro Abe brings more than 25 years of experience in the industry to his position of Chief Operating Officer in the Data Center Division of Diamond Realty Investments, Inc.

Previously, Hiro served as General Manager of the Digital Infrastructure Department at Mitsubishi Corporation, concurrently holding a seat on the Board of Directors of MC Digital Realty, a prominent JV Data Center Operator in Japan formed by Mitsubishi Corporation and Digital Realty Trust. Prior to this, he held the position of General Manager at the Urban Development Group CEO Office and was a key member of the Investment Committee.

Hiro’s tenure at Diamond Realty Investments from 2014 to 2019 was marked by his strategic leadership in acquisitions, significantly contributing to the company’s substantial growth. His career at Mitsubishi Corporation included pivotal roles in the Real Estate Development & Construction Division, notably as Head of Acquisitions for the Industrial Division of Mitsubishi Corp.-UBS Realty Inc., a joint venture which managed REITs in Japan.

Hiro earned a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Tokyo and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
